When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days in Sri Lanka.
International orders will be delivered within 10-14 business days.
I still haven’t received my order! What should I do?
Please check the tracking information that was emailed to you and ensure you read through our shipping page to see the estimated timeframe for your destination prior to reaching out to us. Please note there may be some delays in transit out of our control (such as the customer’s phone not being reachable), which Evolve are not responsible for.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 80 countries worldwide! At checkout, you’ll have the option to select the ship-to country from a drop-down list. If for some reason you cannot find the ship-to-country you’re looking for feel free to get in touch with our Customer Experience Team for assistance.

How do I know if a product will be restocked?
We have restocks landing daily, however, we do not have a specific timeframe for when items will be restocked.
Please be sure to follow our Instagram on any items you are interested in so you can be first to know when they make a comeback online!
Do you offer pre-order options?
Unfortunately at this stage, we do not offer pre-orders on our products.
In what currency are your prices shown?
All of our prices on our website are listed in LKR and USD.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Koko, Mint Pay, and Cash on delivery as valid payment methods on our website.
